Pasmay Store Pickup Policy

Welcome to Pasmay! We are dedicated to connecting you with local brick-and-mortar stores (“Vendors”) and their unique products in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Our platform enables you to discover products online and then visit the physical stores for an in-person experience and direct purchase.
This Store Pickup Policy clarifies how the in-store pickup process works for products you discover and “order” (reserve) on Pasmay.
1. Pasmay’s Role in Store Pickup
Pasmay facilitates your ability to discover products and signal your interest to Vendors. Our Service helps streamline your in-store shopping experience by allowing you to make a reservation for an item you intend to view and potentially purchase.
Important: Pasmay is not the seller of the products, nor do we handle the physical pickup process or manage the inventory directly. The store pickup is a direct interaction between you and the individual Vendor.
2. How Store Pickup Works with Pasmay
The process for reserving and picking up products through Pasmay is designed for your convenience:
- Step A: Discover & “Order” (Reserve) on Pasmay
- Browse products on the Pasmay website or PWA.
- When you find a product you’re interested in, place an “order” (reservation) through our platform. This signals your intent to view or purchase the item in the Vendor’s physical store.
- No online payment is collected by Pasmay for the product itself.
- You will provide your contact information (name, email, phone number) to facilitate the reservation.
- Step B: Vendor Acknowledgment & Preparation
- The Vendor receives your “order” (reservation) notification from Pasmay.
- The Vendor is responsible for acknowledging your reservation and preparing the item for your visit.
- You will receive a notification from Pasmay (via email and/or your Pasmay account dashboard) once the Vendor has confirmed your reservation and the product is ready for your visit.
- Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the store to ensure the product is indeed ready and available.
- Step C: Visit the Vendor’s Physical Store
- Travel to the Vendor’s physical store during their regular operating hours. The Vendor’s address and contact details can be found on their dedicated Pasmay store page.
- You can use the “Get Directions” option on the Vendor’s Pasmay store page (if available) or the address details to easily navigate to the location.
- Step D: In-Store Confirmation & Purchase
- Upon arrival, you can inspect, try on, or examine the reserved product to ensure it meets your expectations.
- If you decide to purchase the product, the transaction and payment will occur directly with the Vendor at their physical store.
- The Vendor will accept payment using their standard in-store payment methods (e.g., cash, card, UPI).
3. Important Considerations & Disclaimers
- Product Availability: While Vendors are encouraged to keep their Pasmay listings updated, Pasmay does not guarantee 100% real-time product availability or stock accuracy at the Vendor’s physical store. We highly recommend waiting for the “Ready for Visit” notification and, for critical items, using the WhatsApp chat button on the Vendor’s store page to confirm availability directly with the Vendor before your visit.
- Pickup Timeframes: Vendors may have specific timeframes within which reserved products are held for pickup. Please confirm any such timeframes directly with the Vendor after receiving your reservation confirmation.
- Identification: Vendors may require you to present your Pasmay “order” confirmation (on your phone or printed) and a valid ID at the time of pickup to verify your reservation.
- No Online Payment Processing: Pasmay does not collect or process any payments for products. All financial transactions are solely between you and the Vendor at their physical location.
- Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: All post-purchase matters, including returns, refunds, or exchanges, are governed by the individual Vendor’s return policy at their physical store. Pasmay is not responsible for facilitating these processes.
4. Shopper Guidance
- Use the WhatsApp chat button on the Vendor’s Pasmay store page for direct queries regarding product availability or pickup arrangements.
- Verify the product in-store before making your purchase.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Store Pickup Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
