Pasmay Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Pasmay! We are your platform for discovering amazing products from local brick-and-mortar stores in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Our Service allows you to browse and “order” (reserve) products online, then visit the physical shop to inspect, try, and complete your purchase directly with the Vendor.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Pasmay does NOT process any online payments for products. All product purchases and payments are made directly by you, the User, to the Vendor at their physical store. Due to this model, Pasmay is not involved in processing returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased through our Vendors.
1. How Pasmay Works for Purchases
- Discovery & Reservation: You use Pasmay to discover products and place an “order” (reservation) for in-store pickup. This signals your intent to view and potentially purchase the item.
- In-Store Experience: You visit the Vendor’s physical store to examine the product, try it on (for wearables), or test it, ensuring it meets your expectations before purchase.
- Payment & Purchase: The final purchase and payment for the product happen directly between you and the Vendor at their physical store, using their accepted payment methods (e.g., cash, card).
2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Since all product purchases and payments are completed directly at the Vendor’s physical store, all matters related to returns, refunds, and exchanges are solely the responsibility of the individual Vendor.
- Vendor’s Policy Applies: Each Vendor on Pasmay will have their own unique return, refund, and exchange policy. This policy is set and enforced by the Vendor, not by Pasmay.
- Where to Find Vendor Policies: We strongly advise you to check the individual Vendor’s store page on Pasmay or inquire directly with the Vendor’s staff in-store before completing your purchase to understand their specific terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.
- Direct Contact with Vendor: If you wish to return, request a refund for, or exchange a product purchased through a Pasmay-generated lead, you must contact the Vendor directly or visit their physical store. Pasmay cannot facilitate these processes.
3. Pasmay’s Role
Pasmay’s role is to facilitate the discovery of local products and connect you with Vendors for an in-store experience and purchase. While we strive to ensure a positive experience on our platform, we are not involved in:
- The quality, condition, or suitability of products sold by Vendors.
- The final sales transaction between User and Vendor.
- The handling of payments, returns, refunds, or exchanges for products.
