Pasmay partners with local Vendors to showcase their inventory online.
- Vendor-Managed Inventory: Our Vendors are responsible for managing their product listings and updating their inventory status through their dedicated Pasmay dashboard. This means Vendors directly update which products are in stock or out of stock at their physical store.
- “Done-For-You” Content Service: Pasmay provides a unique “done-for-you” service, including professional product photography, expert editing, compelling descriptions, and effortless uploading. This ensures products are presented beautifully online, making discovery engaging for shoppers.
- Pasmay as a Discovery Platform: Pasmay’s primary role is to act as a discovery platform, showcasing the vast array of products available in local stores. We facilitate the connection between your online search and the physical availability of products.
3. Product Availability Disclaimer
While Pasmay strives to present the most accurate information possible, Pasmay does not guarantee 100% real-time product availability or stock accuracy.
- Reliance on Vendor Updates: Product availability is managed by individual Vendors. If a Vendor sells a product in their physical store but does not immediately reflect this change in their Pasmay inventory management section, the product may still appear as “available” on Pasmay even if it is no longer in stock.
- Dynamic Inventory: Due to the nature of brick-and-mortar retail and the constant movement of stock, real-time inventory synchronization can be challenging.
- Pasmay’s Role in Discovery, Not Guarantee: Pasmay helps shoppers find products around them but cannot guarantee their immediate availability at the moment of your visit.
4. Shopper Guidance for Product Availability
To ensure the best possible shopping experience, we advise shoppers to:

- In-Store Confirmation: Always confirm product availability and condition with the Vendor’s staff upon your arrival at the physical store before making your final purchase decision.
